This notice sets out what Lockhart collects through this website and what happens to it.
What we collect
Only what you enter into the two forms on this site: the Review booking form and the contact form. That is your name, company, role, company size, email address, mobile number and any note you choose to add.
Why we hold it
To reply to your enquiry and, if you commission work, to deliver it. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months. Client records are kept for as long as the engagement and South African record-keeping requirements need, then deleted or returned on request.
Your rights under POPIA
You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to Luke Buckley at luke@lockhart.africa, who is our Information Officer.
