Built, run and sold.
Luke Buckley built and ran businesses through to their acquisition by SPAR in 2025. Since then he has designed and built the operating systems of a commercial solar engineering group trading across South Africa, Eswatini and Zimbabwe: the executive dashboard, the procurement portal and the client handover system described in the work.

Review, build, hand over, maintain.
Every engagement starts with a Review, so the work is chosen on measured return rather than impression. We build the highest-return item first, in weekly reviews with your team. Documentation, training and ownership pass to you at handover. A monthly retainer is optional, never assumed.

Ballito and Harare.
Lockhart works between Ballito and Harare, serving clients in South Africa, Zimbabwe and Eswatini. Site visits are part of the Review; the build runs on weekly video reviews with your team.
