How we handle your data

Lockhart processes client information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We use your data only to deliver the work you have commissioned. We use AI tools where they save time. We use only business-grade services whose providers are contractually prohibited from training their models on your data, and we tell you which services a project uses before it starts. Personal information is kept to the minimum needed, stored in access-controlled systems, and deleted or returned at the end of the engagement on request.
