The problem
Requests for quotation went out by email as spreadsheets. Prices came back in different formats, and comparisons were rebuilt by hand each time.

- Bill-of-materials upload with per-line requirements
- Separate supplier logins, scoped to that supplier's lines only
- Automatic checks, such as panel capacity against the project target
- Live comparison across suppliers and purchase-order generation
- Delivery tracking with bounce and spam flags on every send
