Templated client handover system
An engineering contractor hands over completed installations to commercial clients. Every handover required the same file, assembled again.
The problem
Handover files were assembled by hand, varied between sites, and left no reliable digital copy once the team had left.
What was built
- A generator producing the full printed pack from one set of inputs
- A site portal behind a QR label carrying only what an electrician needs
- A private portal holding the complete file for the client
- Unguessable addresses for both portals
